United Nations Interstellar Venture for Earth's Resource and Space Expansion is a special division of the United Nations formed after the creation of CRUST to deal with related issues in the development of the Moon and near-Earth space. UNIVERSE handles public communications, organizes events, develops regulations and rules of conduct in space, oversees the implementation of Crust rules, participates in humanitarian missions, and acquires resources and materials needed by other UN departments.UNIVERSE handles a wide range of activities and needs, but its funding allows it to procure materials at only the lowest cost.
